  • The coffee is good, about $0.50 more than most coffee shops in the area. The staff is polite and makes the drinks quickly. The space is clean with an outdoor seating area to the right of the building. I'd recommend coming here.

  • At Boon Boona, sharing a daily cup is about more than just caffeine—it’s about slowing down and connecting. When you choose their coffee, you’re supporting a more equitable coffee economy. They work exclusively with African producers and exporters, ensuring a greater share of profits goes to women-owned farms and communities often overlooked. Their cafes are designed with you in mind—welcoming spaces where you can gather, discover local artists, support nonprofits, and enjoy pop-ups from the small businesses you love.

  • Super cute spot for some coffee/drinks. There is street parking available in front and across the street from the store. I ordered from the Summer Menu (I'm writing this very late I know, sorry lol) and I got the Iced Strawberry Matcha as well as the Lychee Rhubarb Strawberry Iced Tea. Both drinks were very refreshing and not too sweet which I liked. I wasn't able to order any coffee during my visit but I look forward to coming back and trying their coffee next time.

  • This is for the location across from Seattle University. The coffee is rich, & by my taste is East African leaning on South East Asian. This is a delightful coffee & I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. We ordered a iced Americano & and an oatmilk latté with a side of chocolate croissant. All very, very, very tasty. The staff were friendly & the prices were competitive with the other coffee roasters. Midas 5-stars for the hat trick of flavor, service & atmosphere.

  • Excellent coffee shop with delicious coffee, friendly staff and attentive service. My latte was made to perfection (how beautiful is that heart!) and the pastry I had was tasty too. They've also got some breakfast items and beverages. I love those seats and the standing bar outside right next to a small park. Fresh air and delicious coffee get me start my day right! Big kudos to them for still taking social distancing and mask wearing seriously.
